C ensoring the word "America" from our own schools is something Josef Stalin, Adolf Hitler and Osama bin Laden would never have thought possible. Michigan has done it without a whimper.

In perhaps a well-intentioned, but pernicious example of political correctness, the Michigan Department of Education is attempting to ban the "America" and "American" from our public schools. Even though the word "America" appears in the department's own civics and government benchmarks, the department's style protocol for the Michigan Education Assessment Program requires that "America" and "Americans" be expunged from our testing and grade level expectations. Last week, the department ordered that our hard-working teachers not utter the words.

As you can see from the above quote, the Michigan School Board has gone way past sane to "politically correct Nazism". These P/C fascists have taken the terms "idiotic" and "moron" to all new levels. When will the P/C madness end? When these mindless liberals decide being alive is not politically correct? Maybe they will just all kill themselves because it isn't P/C to be on "Native American Land" as they claim?

An alleged hate crime spree has been found to be faked and blamed on the white community. The Hispanic man, Silva, is now the prime suspect police say.

Several times over the winter, the Hermasillo family (pictured, left) thought they were the targets of hate crimes.

Two of the family's cars were set on fire and their house at 317 S.W. Watrous Ave. in Des Moines was broken into and vandalized.
